The communal kitchen offered a nice space to prepare meals, and it was spacious enough for some social interaction. The Wi-Fi performed adequately during my stay, which was a pleasant surprise.
Check-in was a hassle. I arrived around 4:30 PM and found myself locked out due to a wrong code, leading to a frustrating wait until I got the right one hours later. The shared areas, unfortunately, had a lingering odor and appeared dirty, which wasn't comforting. the noise from outside—often from the street during peak hours—was a constant distraction, and I noticed multiple complaints about the lack of hot water in the showers.

The cleanliness standards need a serious overhaul!!! Smelly shared areas and dirty bed linen are just unacceptable. Poor security due to broken window locks made me feel uneasy. The noise insulation is practically non-existent, making every footstep on the old floors an annoyance!!!

the deluxe double room was comfy and the communal kitchen was a great place to chill and cook ur meals. very fair priced. The owner was super friendly and helpful! i liked the living room too, it was really spacious and nice. good wifi connection, helped me stay in touch with frens.
however, check-in was a hassle and i heard there were issues with hot water in the showers.
